Remember yesterdays piece that I wasn't very happy with,I had already used white Lutradur, gold foil and Moonshadow Mist Treasure Island Aqua, the colour of this is a walnut ink with an aqua metallic sheen,
but the nature of the lutradur meant it went through and left a very subtle colour, so I spritzed it with Colour wash spray, Eggplant, and left it over night to dry.
Below is what I discovered on the back of the fabric once it was dry, all the metallic aqua had sat on the plastic and made this wonderful surface. a happy accident, but which side will I use???

Below is a piece that started of with black Lutradur, turquoise foil and watered down silver metallic paint, this flooded through onto the plastic and after about half an hour I turned the fabric over, foil side down and let it sit until dry, the puddling on the plastic creates this wonderful effect.

Oh I just love serendipity! I go for the happy accidents every time.
What a wonderful blog you have! I love to see what ever new goodies or techniques you will show us. The pics are terrific too, they certainley help to picture the process. Thanks for taling the time to post those great "articles". Kim
Truly a happy accident. Perhaps you can make a mobile, so both sides can be seen.
Beautiful!!!! Better than if you planned it.

Great - so beautiful colours!
I think you'll have to cut it apart so you can use both sides...
