This weeks stitch for TAST was Chevron, I wasn't sure if I was going to do this one,but took my stitching with me to a friends, and quite enjoyed it after a practice run on the white, and so I added some to the brown paper sample, I also added a little running stitch, what shall I do with this sample when its full? answers on a postcard please, no not really, just in comments will do.

Well its looking better all the time. I think some embrioder flower in a bright colour, then just frame this lovely piece...
Hey congrats on your 1yr blogaversary! Love the way this sampler is coming along. I think it will make a lovely padfolio, or a postcard, or a box or ...
Nice, very nice
What about dyeing up another bit and making it into either a diptich or a triptich for your work shop?
love the heavly stitched feel this has.
your brown paper sample is growing more lovely with every stitch!
How about another book like your scrim & paper piece? The 'pages' inside could be all your other little samples of the stitches.
Your brown paper sample is looking fantastic!! It would look great as the front cover of a book of samples (great idea Lynda).
Gets better every time I see it Carol.
i like very much these pieces with the stitch combinations. i'm doing a dictionary of stitches in a drawer case (i'll put the photos in my blog as soon as i'm finished, it's difficult to explain what it is...) and i'm using the ones sharon has on her site. this TAST idea is great, i will see if i manage to join. can i put your link in my blog? we have many mutual friends!
well I know what you can do with it.
There is a perfect spot that I am at this very moment makeing for it on my wall. hehehe
