Bleached

This is the one with the inks, I was not sure if the different inks I used would discharge, I toyed with the idea of brushing it randomly over the area, but decided to use a large rubber stamp, I folded some kitchen towel in a dish poured the bleach onto this and pressed the stamp on the kitchen towel, as the surface is slightly rippled you get a random image of the stamp face, I like this slightly distressed effect, The design shows more clearly on the piece than shows here.
I am off to start the next phase.

This is really yummy, dying to see it for 'real' when we meet up next week.

I really like the way this is coming along Carol. I think this bleached step turned out really nicely.

This is very interesting. love the colors. The bleach technique is something I am going to have to break down and give a try.
What do you use to stop the bleaching?

Which type/brand of inks did you use that they bleached so well?
