I haven't been completely idle, but, after taking part in Helf Gelf, a weeks holiday and starting a course in September, my room had become unworkable.
I took some photo's to try and shame myself into not letting it get like this again, and I still didn't blog it.
I had already had a good clear out and rearranged the room before this mess and thought it would be workable to have the computer near the desk, wrong, I just ended up in a clutter nest.
The other end of the room I had a good 8ft worktop for the messy work, but it was always piled high
Even worse behind my sewing desk a huge pile of boxes, bags and fabrics meant I couldn't reach anything in my wardrobe to get to my fabric stash without moving everything out.
Having to step over the bags on the floor to reach the worktop.
More mess under the desk, no wonder not much work was getting done.
SOMETHING HAD TO BE DONE.
