Heart

Just a quick post before I go to work, I wanted show you this heart, it is something that I tried out last night while I was making the dinner, as you do,
this involves a very thin fusible pelmet vilene, copper and silver foil from Fibreinform and inks, the result is wonderful, and I plan on spending the day tomorrow, developing this some more.
As usual the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like rusted steel, and I can't decide which side I prefer.

Wonderful effect, it looks fantastic and so tactile - now you can play to your hearts content :-)

Great, that looks like metal, at least on the photo. The heart has a beautiful shape, too.

It is gorgeous Carol! I am working on a felt heart for an Art quilt, I used embossingpowder for the shine but this is much more beautiful. I really must order some new foil now!!!
