Lace and Silk

While I had the glue out yesterday, I put some Lace and Silk onto Pelmet Vilene,
glued it with Uni-Bond builders PVA at full strength as the normal stuff runs right through, it has finally dried and I have painted it with a very light Silver Acrylic I use Daler Rowney System 3, it doesn't look any different at the moment may do when dry.
I have added 3 more layers of paint to yesterdays work and photographed each layer, just letting it dry now.
Not really sure whether to bore everyone with each stage or just jump to the end.
what do you think?

Well I say that you've been spoiling us all this time with your step by steps, that it would be a sin to stop now.

Oh! Please, please bore me! I need your step-by-steps.
Seriously though, I love it when blogs show you the whole procedure, apart from anything else it makes you appreciate the work thats gone into a finished piece.
Very much looking forward to seeing what these recent pieces will turn into.

Hi Carol, you will definitely not bore me as I have been wanting to ask you how you do it for ages. I did watch you demonstrate at an Embroiderer's Guild exhibition, but missed part of it and then forgot how you do it. So thanks very much for explaining it clearly.
